Lewis has over 10 year’s experience as an employment relations specialist, having previously worked in consultancy, and for a peak employer organisation. Throughout his career, Lewis has advised clients across all facets of the employment life cycle, with particular experience in wage compliance, award/agreement interpretation and enterprise bargaining.
He has experience in the following sectors: social and community services (welfare), aged care, early childhood and school education, health, construction materials manufacturing, transport and retail/hospitality.
